FINAL LUMION SUBMISSION

"Architecture that disregards the ground plane and gravity to create weightless forms of idealised balance and harmony."

I chose this light texture (on the underside of the top face- see [1]) because the wavelike forms add to the sense of balance and weightlessness this monument represents.

I chose the medium texture featured on the pointed form (see [2]) to supplement the simplicity of the forms that create the balanced overall architecture, the circular shapes suggest a notion of orbit, weightlessness, and anti-gravity.

I chose the dark texture (on the bottom face- see [3]) to highlight parts of the monument that intersect and hold together the other forms without the illusion of gravity and the ground plane.
